  1. Send periodic, encouraging emails to all employees or staff about the importance of mental health and wellness. Consider sharing a personal story or experience, and include a call to action to go download the app or login to the platform.


  2. Schedule a webinar or in-person workshop with a member of your mental health program team.


  3. Include reminders at company meetings. You can even invite one of your program’s team members to attend a company meeting to briefly review the program and what it offers to employees.


  4. Include an introductory handout about the program with onboarding material packets when hiring new employees so that new staff understand the benefits that are available to them.


  5. Be sure employees have somewhere accessible where they can view all of their company benefits, including links to the mental health program. Some people’s interest may not be sparked at the time of a meeting or an email, but they may go looking for those links later when the need arises or they feel ready.
